Kick the mean boss out, hit any target (windows, trees, street light poles, manholes, dumpsters, cars, pedestrians, trucks, balloons or big sinks), collect coins, unlock new shoes, upgrade the power of the kick, and repeat... Kick the boss as far as you can and check your ranking on the leaderboard.
